Refund & Return Policy

Covalent Peptides supplies research-use-only compounds whose integrity depends on intact, sealed packaging and lot-level documentation. Our refund policy reflects this — we accept returns on unopened product within a defined window, and we work directly with customers to resolve shipping issues or product defects.

Return window

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests received after 14 days cannot be processed.

What qualifies for return

  • Unopened vials in original, sealed packaging
  • Original tamper-evident labels intact
  • Original outer shipping packaging or equivalent protective packaging for transit back to us
  • Original Certificate of Analysis included with the product

What does not qualify

  • Opened vials, broken seals, or any vial showing evidence of use
  • Products without original packaging or COA documentation
  • Products from custom or special-order lots not held in standard inventory
  • Products returned more than 14 days after delivery

How to initiate a return

Email orders@covalentpeptides.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return authorization and a shipping destination. Returns without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error on our part or a defective product.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, or the product received does not match what was ordered, contact orders@covalentpeptides.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the packaging and product. We will replace or refund the affected items at no cost to you.

Lost shipments

If tracking shows your shipment as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier on a delivery investigation. Once a carrier confirms loss in transit, we will replace the order at no cost.

Research-use-only notice

All products are For Research Use Only — Not For Human Consumption. Returns and refunds do not apply to misuse of products outside of laboratory and academic research applications.
