Shipping Policy

Shipping origin and destinations
Orders ship from a U.S.-based fulfillment location. Covalent Peptides currently ships to eligible addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your shipment is dispatched.
Shipping methods and costs
- Standard Shipping — $9.95 flat rate. Estimated transit: 3 to 5 business days.
- Free Standard Shipping — on all orders $149 and above. Same transit estimate.
Shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is applied automatically when the order subtotal qualifies.
Packaging
Lyophilized peptides ship in temperature-stable packaging appropriate to the compound class. Refrigerant material is included when ambient temperatures or transit distance require it. All shipments include the Certificate of Analysis for the specific lot enclosed.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the shipment is dispatched. Tracking updates are available through the carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, email orders@covalentpeptides.com.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, contact orders@covalentpeptides.com within 72 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product. We will replace affected items at no cost.
If tracking shows a shipment as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date. We will open a delivery investigation with the carrier. Once loss in transit is confirmed by the carrier, we will replace the order at no additional cost.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Shipments returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or unclaimed packages may be subject to a re-shipment fee. We will contact you before re-shipping in any such case.
